This re-brand takes Roots, a Canadian retail company strongly associated with the Canadian identity, and gives it a fresh, more versatile brand. Instead of being connected to one image, this brand is easily identifiable through the colour combinations which can take shape in many different campaigns. The re-brand still has strong ties to the country and by capturing beautiful Canadian scenery it can distill a sense of pride in Canadians and an impression of wonder on an international audience.
